In a negotiation both sides should benefit. By this I mean that both sides must come to an agreement in which it is good for both positions and their profits are equal in terms of their business. This type of profit or exchange can be by means of money that the investor gives to a trader in exchange for a part of his company so that he can also reach an agreement in which both sides participate and lead the business very high.
A trader should always keep in mind that he can’t just come and ask for money without first having done a thorough analysis and take statistics to present his project to an investor. A real dealer interested in getting partners should be prepared for any questions the partner may have about your company. And of course, once you have all this, the most important thing is to know how to negotiate. You have to be very persuasive with the investor and convince him to work and invest in it without hesitation.
The duty of a trader is to make your product incredible and super eye-catching for the investor, because no matter how good an offer is if the product does not like the investor the investor will not invest in your project. It should make your product more valuable than other products and show the investor that before it is good for him it should be good for the investor.
