Model of managerial competencies

This time I want to talk about what I think the Model of Managerial Competencies is and I hope to be close to the concepts of this model. The model of managerial competencies consist of the following points:

COMMUNICATION- I think that communication is something of the utmost importance in all kinds of business since in this way you express and communicate what you think about the business and the areas of opportunity. I think that communication is an important part of the model because it refers at the all the organization that a manager should have to manage the business in a good way to succeed.

PLANNING- for a manager planning is very important as it helps us to organize ourselves to avoid future problems and to look for potential skills.

STRATEGIC ACTION-  is a visionary leadership to bring together all the knowledge and skills that the corporation (workers) has.

AUTO-ADMINISTRATION- I think that is when someone administrates their priorities and time to work better with others.

MULTICULTURAL- society would work better if people felt their cultural beliefs are respected so they felt good and comfortable working.

TEAM WORK- teamwork is the most important thing because is here where everyone support each other to be efficient and effective.

So to finish I consider that all of the points that I just mention are super important for the managerial competencies, because this is what makes a business work better and succeed.
