Canvas Model

 

For this blog I would like to talk about this topic as I totally attract my attention as I had never heard about it. I consider it super important and can be of utmost importance and utility for anyone who wants to start a business but due to the limited budget you have need of someone else who is willing to invest in the and your project. The canvas model is a template that features key partners, key activities, ker resources, value propositions, customer relationships, channels, customer segments.


Next I will explain a little more in depth what this model is about and why I think it is important to implement it.


Key partners: are all those partners with whom an agreement is reached in which both parties win and benefit. They are those who invest in the project that is proposed to them. They can help financially and with general support to the company and the creator of it to guide you to make the best decisions for your company. 

Key activities: are all those primary activities necessary for the company to work correctly and efficiently. This part may include the production and manufacturing of the product. 

Key resources: are the suppliers that provide all the merchandise for your business.

Value propositions: at this point you should explain what makes your product more valuable and better than other products. 

Customer relationships: This point specifies how communicate with customers.

Channels: here is how customers will get the product, either online or physical in-store. 

Customer Segments: The buyer profile is set.

Cost structure: It’s where it’s exposed that generates expenses. 

Revenue streams: is where other ways to earn money are exposed.
