Today we saw a very interesting topic in class, since it is important for everyone to know about the subject and constantly inform themselves about how to cope with a business, whether large or small. The basic administrative functions are the following:
PLANNING:
Planning for a company is very important since, based on what is planned, important actions and decisions are taken for the future of the company. Planning requires market studies and general studies of such a company, so it is important to carry out this part with great determination.
ORGANIZING:
The organization is essential in a business since with the organization projects and work can be carried out in an orderly and correct way, without committing future mistakes or decisions for the work or company.
For example, in a business there are different jobs since there are different personalities and specialties in which some workers are better than others and that is why there are different tasks and positions.
LEADING:
It is very important and necessary to have happy workers and more than anything to make them feel comfortable. Many companies should look for strategies that make their workers happy since these strategies will not just benefit the workers but also the company, since they will work with a lot of positive attitude.
CONTROLLING:
Control in a company or small business is the most important thing, since this part will allow you and guide you to the correct management of your business. This part has many areas that must be examined such as, market that this business has and much more importantly the competition that your business has and that does it better than other businesses.
